BUILDING REMODELS: Our experience has taught us to first establish a line of communication with the Store Management and Store
storage areas, helping engineer strategic fixture moves, publish and maintain daily schedules, co-ordinate self performed and
subcontracted trades for single or multiple work shifts, implement and control access points for the project and build and maintain a open
line of communications with the state and local building authorities.
BUILDING EXPANSIONS: Communications is still a major player here even though we are outside of the sales floor of the still fully
functioning store. Our New Store experience comes into play here now, with our broad base of well equipped sub contractors who are all
experienced in the retail construction field, we can complete the Expansion On Time and In Budget. But once the expansion security wall
comes down all our experience in the Remodels comes back into play again as well.
EXISTING BUILDING CONVERSIONS: Our experience here starts with Demolition and ends with us handing the key over to our client. Our
services include but are limited to; Planning, Permitting, Co-ordination with Landlords, Value Engineering, Scheduling, Demolition, General
Construction, Sub-Contracting and Project Closeout.
SPECIAL PROJECTS / ROLL-OUTS: We have been a part of hundreds of successful Special Projects and large scale Roll-Out projects; we
understand the need of coordinating with the store management, strategic planning for all of the materials allocations and deliveries as
well as the proper scheduling of subcontractors to avoid go backs. We can provide detailed scheduling for hundreds of projects at once
trying material deliveries and tradesmen together for on time completion.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Our services here include but are not limited to; Estimating, Budgeting, Contract Administration, Site
Management, Scheduling, Site Meetings, Value Engineering and Project Closeout.
STORE FIXTURE INSTALLATION: We have installed over 10 million square fee of retail space with new and refurbished fixtures including
but not limited to: Full Gondolas, Half Gondolas, Shelving, Show Cases, Cash Wraps, Back Islands, Counter Tops, Signing Packages,
Cornice, Fitting Rooms, Light Weight Stockroom Shelving, Heavy Duty Systems and Office Equipment.
NEW CONSTRUCTION: Our services here include bur are note limited to; Planning, Permitting, Coordinating with Landlords, Value
Engineering, Contract Administration, Submittals, Scheduling, Implementing BMP's, Establishing Environmental Controls, Site meetings,
Site Work, General Construction, Sub-Contracting and Project Closeout. With our multi-state network of established sub-contractors we
can provide a quality project On Time and In Budget.
